These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the BodyBeam app and services (the "Service"). By downloading or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

BodyBeam uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos you submit and provide insights such as an estimated body age, attractiveness insights, and personalized recommendations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher, and able to form a binding contract, to use the Service.

3. Not Medical or Professional Advice

All results are AI-generated estimates provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not medical, health, psychological, or professional advice, and should not be relied upon as such. Always consult a qualified professional for health or medical decisions.

4. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Auto-Renewal

• BodyBeam offers an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks premium features, and a consumable single-scan purchase. Pricing is shown in the app at the time of purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Consumable purchases (single scans) are used within the app and are non-refundable once used, except where required by law.
• Except as required by applicable law or Apple's policies, purchases are non-refundable.

5. Referral Program

You may generate a referral code and share it. When a new user registers with your code, your body age result is unlocked. Codes have no cash value, may not be sold or abused, and we may modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to submit only photos of yourself that you have the right to use, and not to use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, or to submit content that is illegal or infringes others' rights.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by BodyBeam and protected by law. You retain rights to the photos you submit; you grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide your analysis.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BodyBeam is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Apple App Store

These Terms are between you and BodyBeam, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. To the extent required, you also agree to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BodyBeam operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
